Option One: In-Person / Virtual Training
Are you interested in having Coach D work with you one-on-one? Now offering in-home training sessions for individuals and small groups. Coach D brings the workout to you. She also provides virtual personal training sessions via Zoom. Once we have established your fitness goal, we base each training session toward achieving it.
Here’s the process:
– Free Consultation to establish Fitness Goal(s)
– Assessment of your Strengths & Weaknesses
– Determine the package that best aligns with your fitness goal(s)
– In addition to your one-on-one workouts, Coach D will create a personalized exercise program for you to follow on your own. This is a huge benefit to working with a seasoned professional.
Option Two: Home Team Virtual Training
Coach D leads each and every workout LIVE to bring you a no frills, always new and creative 30 – 60min workout routine. The beauty about these workouts is they require minimal equipment and are still an absolute ass-kicker (pun intended!). She prides herself on providing coaching cues throughout the exercises to ensure each member is safe, while offering modifications so all levels of fitness can partake. All you need is some light to medium weights and a set of mini bands.
Can’t make the LIVE workouts on Monday/Wednesday/Friday? No problem. Each video is recorded and saved to our HomeTeam Instagram Page. This is a private account which you have full access to 24/7 with over 60+ pre-recorded workouts to choose from anytime, anywhere! Join our TEAM, your body and mind will thank you!
