My one-on-one Golf Fitness Program is designed to improve your flexibility, strength, and power and ultimately eliminate any pain that might be hindering you on the course. When it comes to your Swing Faults, I will leave that to your Golf Coach/Pro. As both a TPI & FMS fitness trainer, I strongly believe that if you train like an ATHLETE, you will naturally improve your body’s ability to move well, stay healthy and increase power to better your game.

Step 1: Assessment

In our first session I will take you through functional movement screens designed to identify instability and altered movement patterns. From there I’ll assess your strength, power and endurance so I can prescribe the best stretches and exercises to improve your weaknesses and build on your strengths.

Step 2: Prescribe

Based on your screen results, you’ll receive an individualized golf mobility, strength and endurance program.

Step 3: Implement

Once your program is designed, it’s go-time! Choose which package works best for you. Some of my clients see me three times a week either in person or VIRTUALLY, while others prefer a less committed approach like the Elite package.

The Golf Pro Plan is a six session commitment with Coach Pellicano and athlete.
